Crafting the Perfect Horsefeather Cocktail
Please only share with people over the legal drinking age.
The horsefeather strikes an excellent balance between the bold flavors of bourbon and the zesty kick of ginger beer. This version elevates that combination with Jefferson’s Bourbon, which makes for a distinctive taste experience thanks to warm caramel, toffee, and cinnamon flavors. Our innovative aging process gives the bourbon its unique tasting notes, bringing new flavors and dimensions to this classic cocktail.
When mixing up your horsefeather, keep it simple. Start with a good measure of Jefferson’s bourbon, add ginger beer to your preferred level of sweetness and spice, and drop in a splash of citrus and a few dashes of bitters for that extra zing. The key is to find your personal sweet spot between the whiskey’s warmth and the ginger’s bite.
The horsefeather is as easy to make as it is to enjoy; it’s effortlessly delicious and endlessly satisfying.
