JEFFERSON’S RESERVE MANHATTAN

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces of Jefferson’s Reserve
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Garnish: brandied cherry

HOW TO MAKE
Add all the bourbon, sweet vermouth and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a brandied cherry.

JEFFERSON’S VERY SMALL BATCH, NEAT

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Jefferson’s Very Small Batch

HOW TO MAKE
Pour and enjoy. Simple perfection, in a glass.

JEFFERSON’S RESERVE OLD FASHIONED

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces of Jefferson’s Reserve
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon water
Garnish: orange peel

HOW TO MAKE
Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add water, and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved.
Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the Jefferson’s Reserve, and gently stir to combine.
Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.

JEFFERSON’S OCEAN AT AGED SEA® BOURBON ON THE ROCKS

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea® Bourbon (or Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea® Bourbon Cask Strength)
Ice

HOW TO MAKE
Pour Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea® Bourbon over ice, enjoy.

HORSE FEATHER

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 ounces of Jefferson’s Very Small Batch
4 ounces ginger beer
4 to 5 dashes Angostura bitters
1 squeeze of lemon

HOW TO MAKE
Build over ice in a Collins glass.
